TEAM Positions We Are Looking to Fill

While we are a small nonprofit and do not have the resources to offer paid positions at this time, we are seeking passionate, motivated individuals to help grow and sustain our impact. Below are key positions that are essential to our mission:

PROGRAM 

COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate programs that focus on health education, empowerment, and skill-building for women and girls.

  • Organize workshops, seminars, and outreach programs, working closely with community partners and volunteers.

  • Track program progress and outcomes, gathering data for evaluation and reporting purposes.

Why It’s Important:
This role ensures our core programs run smoothly and effectively, empowering women and girls through hands-on learning and health initiatives.

GRAND WRITER / FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify funding opportunities, including grants, donations, and corporate sponsorships.

  • Write compelling grant proposals and fundraising materials.

  • Organize fundraising events and campaigns to support our programs and initiatives.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.

Why It’s Important:
Our ability to secure funding is critical for the sustainability of our programs. The Grant Writer/Fundraising Coordinator will help us ensure that we have the financial resources needed to carry out our mission.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & PARTNEERSHIPS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with local schools, community organizations, health providers, and other nonprofits.

  • Coordinate and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations for events and campaigns.

  • Promote our mission by engaging with the community through outreach initiatives and events.

Why It’s Important:
The Outreach & Partnerships Manager plays a key role in extending our reach, building community support, and ensuring our programs and events are impactful.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a communication strategy that promotes our mission, programs, and events.

  • Manage our social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.

  • Create engaging content, including newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and other promotional materials.

Why It’s Important:
A strong marketing presence helps raise awareness, recruit volunteers, and engage donors and supporters. This role is essential for telling our story and getting our message out to the broader community.
